As others have said, you’ll have to find what works for you more than anything else. That aside, I always pick up the Yogi Ginger tea since they have it at my local Trader Joes. Works incredibly well and I personally think it’s pretty delicious.

I'm going to recommend that anyone interested in voice actors check out the podcast Talkin Toons put on by Rob Paulsen (voice of Yakko Warner, Pinky, the list goes on forever). I caught the "Cast of Adventure Time" recording a few months ago and literally couldn't breathe I was laughing so hard.

If you're not camping out for that, a sensible person would just have to stay away entirely. Unfortunately, there's always going to be people who are unfamiliar with comic con's broken systems and end up missing out on a panel that meant something to them because they weren't aware of the time investment required.
