I’m an old fogey, but if given the option to tick a couple of boxes and turn off all the algorithmic sorting, suggestions, and sponsored content, I’d still love to have a feed that’s chronological, newest to oldest, by all the friends and pages I follow.

Remove all the sex items and replace them with a Bible and some of your recent house bills and mortgage statements. You get pregnant, you’re out. You can then go figure out how to support yourself. You knock someone up, you’re out. Go get a job and support your kid.

On my way to a family reunion I stopped by White Castle and Krispy Kreme and brought those as my potluck contributions. Both weren't available anywhere near the reunion which is where a lot of them live so they really loved it.

100%.

Oh please, fast food would usually be better than half the crap people who think they can cook bring.

Instant idol at a party

Boy, what a time to be alive. Lubricant?

Kids, let’s make this clear: it’s a foldable tablet, not a foldable phone. A foldable item is described best by what it actually is in its unfolded state. A foldable phone would be the size of an iPhone 13/Pixel 6 that then folds in half-ish.

Airbags.  Obviously.

What happens AT NIGHT when you just might not see the “full rear of the car?”

I see your point, but that’s a beautiful beast, particularly with the faux wood trim, so TAKE MY MONEY.

It’s just not enough support.  Even w/ mtn biking, the chamois and shorts are designed to be worn w/o underwear, but a man’s things need to be kept in place.  All that jostling and floating around just doesn’t work for performance sports.

Relax everyone. No one reasonable is acting like this is all over. The only people making people actually show up for things are these old-guard types who think they need to stand over someone for things to get done.

Very well then: I will also sell my crypto currency at half their price as well! Let it never be said that Splatworthy was not generous!

Pretty sure the Research Triangle area is already the bluest part of the state. So it’ll be important for senate and presidential elections, but shouldn’t do anything dramatic at other levels.

I sure wish this were available on a console. :(

Having only lived in Canada, these articles always serve well to depress/annoy me.

I came here to say exactly this!

I think a big part of the problem is many people are under the misconception that HR exists to help the employees when in reality they’re there to protect the interests of the company.

If you need your ego stroked with a nice slobbery, “thank you for your time”, note, then I ain’t your guy. Sorry, HR person.
