I have never, NEVER, heard of a church coming to pray for someone and asking for money. Then again, I’m from the South and have never heard of a church asking for payment for any service.

absolutely. in high school you could confront anyone as a peer. in work, almost all of these “bullying” scenarios will involve someone above you in the organization, so all of these strategies are pretty useless (no offense to the author intended).

This is why men are the best gender. Sure, the guy addressed the situation in a terribly boneheaded way, but he did address it. That way she was able to call him out on being an idiot, and they were able to right the ship. A female in his head space would have pushed those feelings down and stewed over them instead.

Yeah, it’s like Apple sticking to AT&T exclusivity in the early iPhone days, ignoring the bigger and better Verizon.  That move allowed a huge void which was filled by Android, and iPhone never became the #1 phone OS.

Easy now. He was a good politician, let’s not confuse that with good president.  He never really did or led anything of substance. I was hopeful about the guy until he immediately abandoned the public option in his one big issue, and then asked Congress to write the bill. On his issue.
