I have never, NEVER, heard of a church coming to pray for someone and asking for money. Then again, I’m from the South and have never heard of a church asking for payment for any service.

Forget forebearance.
While I think much of this is true, I think the thoughtless plans of the opposing party leaders will prove to be far more disturbing than this guy’s issues.
The fact that you have to ask that as an honest question is commentary enough on our current culture.
Why is testosterone acceptable as some scientific line in the sand, but physical gender isn’t?
Yeah, I was thinking that judging from how he tends to get testy and bow up when confronted directly, he might think he can actually tackle it.
Agree, that it should be, although the bigger issue is all of the Samsung users that use the native Messages app, missing out on RCS as well.
I keep trying to subscribe to HBO Max to be ready for WW84, but no matter how many times I reset my Roku, the channel won’t come up.
You say “enforcing your own values”, but engaging in logic isn’t a value, anymore than a geometric proof is a value. Satalic is apparently trying to invoke reason, and about the only rebuttal to that line of questioning that I see on here consists of personal attacks.
but if that IMDB page states their previous name, is it guilty of deadnaming? or is it only bad if you say or write it after they change their name?
No way. Because after you make that connection, people may think of that name in their minds. And we all know the State frowns upon ThoughtCrimes.
absolutely. in high school you could confront anyone as a peer. in work, almost all of these “bullying” scenarios will involve someone above you in the organization, so all of these strategies are pretty useless (no offense to the author intended).
I have zero desire to defend Republicans, so I’m frowning that you’re making me do that.
This is why men are the best gender. Sure, the guy addressed the situation in a terribly boneheaded way, but he did address it. That way she was able to call him out on being an idiot, and they were able to right the ship. A female in his head space would have pushed those feelings down and stewed over them instead.
Oh. And which, pray tell, is the greatest country in the world? I’d love to see your Top5 actually.
Or the stupidity of unchecked power: No need to choose; Cuomo will happily take all you have and welcome them into New York’s long-term care facilities.
Let’s be scientific about this:
Yeah, it’s like Apple sticking to AT&T exclusivity in the early iPhone days, ignoring the bigger and better Verizon. That move allowed a huge void which was filled by Android, and iPhone never became the #1 phone OS.
Easy now. He was a good politician, let’s not confuse that with good president. He never really did or led anything of substance. I was hopeful about the guy until he immediately abandoned the public option in his one big issue, and then asked Congress to write the bill. On his issue.
Or, people just noticed how inept he generally appeared, and how when she was asked a serious question she generally laughed until they stopped asking it. And that disturbed people.
