Gotta love those old vw ads!
Gotta love those old vw ads!
I had a scat pack for 2 months, traded it in for a wrx. Definitely one of the reasons why. Those rear windows are useless, and what little you can actually see out of them gets blocked by the headrest.
All that I can think of is: wow, what a juxtaposition of visibility. I hear you about power, but not being able to see anything is a dealbreaker for me. The latest gen Camaro is especially pitiful in that respect.
I ghost clutched to start my co-worker’s Camry. Whenever I drive an Automatic, I feel like an idiot, it’s like I forget how if that makes sense.
A Windstar?!!?!? That’s awful!!
FUCK MITSUBISHI, ENOUGH SAID, YO
I had a 87 with factory sealed beams. Only the Brohams had the euro lights. No complaints with my baby, she had the rare 3.8 HO engine (the pre-3800). So much low end grunt from a light car! She buggied! I had a good one with no issues, she could keep up with the best of em! That Buick 231 was hard to kill and had…
So true! I was shocked when I was quoted for almost the same rate as it cost for my challenger scat pack with almost double the power
COTD
“unit” :D
Holy shit
damn it! Am I going to hell for laughing at this?
Haha... no, definitely not a MOPAR guy.
I had an orange Scat Pack Challenger for a brief moment, hated the attention and a good part of the reason why I got rid of it. Either cops staring me down/following me or some asshole trying to get me to race. The most annoying question: “Nice car, is that a Hellcat?” In the 2+ months I owned it, I got asked that at…
One of my biggest fears owning a WRX, having it towed incorrectly. I guess having it de-badged adds to it. I considered getting an “AWD” decal like older Subarus used to have.
I bought a 1987 Cutlass Ciera after Hurricane Sandy killed my 1997 Grand Marquis. Sounds bad, but it ending up being the best car I’ve ever owned. It was a beast with the Buick 3.8and sounded great with no cat and a flowmaster set up, Don’t get me wrong, I love my WRX, but having a simple car that I can park on the…
Other cars’ adaptive cruise control causes false bogey alerts with my Valentine One, annoys the fuck out of me. But if I had it, I bet I would love it as I travel a lot for work.
So true! pussy drivers need not apply
My 2016 challenger scat pack had it. first thing I did was install a skip shift eliminator. Basically a resistor that bypasses it. A company makes a nice harness for it for $20, plug and play.
