newer is not always better. we have over baked the cake. one of the biggest things I hate is electronic throttle control, I miss the cable linkage. Something simple as revving the engine while under the hood is now a 2 man operation. Most of all, it allows the car companies like Subaru to fuck with the throttle. Think

Fantastic!

Yes really! All things being equal, AWD is superior. Of course if you make that arguement, “A FWD with snow tires is just as good”, I call bullshit! Compare both drivetrains with the same rubber and AWD is always >!! I’m not a hater of wrong wheel drive when it comes to econo daily driver POS, but NOT when it comes to

The FA gets great mpg, although it seems to allude me with my heavy foot in nyc

Less power (but EASILY remedied for much cheaper than the R), but AWD gets my money every time... even though the scoobie no longer does hatch (wtf Subaru!)

AWD>FWD

Just bought my 2017 WRX. Couldve waited for the civic... NO THANKS! The only gripe one could have imo is Subaru doing away with the hatch. Personally it’s a non-issue for me, but I can see other buyers looking elsewhere... and if I did “need” one, Focus ST would be my choice. Resale value be damned!

Thank you for posting the clip, was worried for a sec that nobody would get the reference :)

WRX of course!

YES!

A great big fat person

I like those, very 90's.

2015-2017 WRX cloth seats. I find them to be perfect. Perfect bolsters, not too aggressive. The cloth is a special waffle weave that is meant to grip. The leather is awful on these cars, and more $$. I do wish I could adjust the bottom more, but that’s about it. I drove 10 hours in them , felt fine afterwords.

Well said. Less people are driving now in big cities.

I’m lucky to get 20 mpg, but I flog the crap out of it. And my tune BEGS for high rpms

Sometimes it’s not that easy. Knowing what you or dont like is not always abundantly clear

Honda Accord?

Agreed! My brother is so jealous of my ‘17 WRX (the car he always wanted growing up). BTW, he owns 2 Honda Oddessys, haha

As an owner of a 2017 WRX, I agree. This is the first turbo Ive ever owned/driven and I am missing N/A.

That is without a doubt THE MOST IMPORTANT thing to fix on a MB!
