I think the radio argument is pretty moot, since radios are standard options. Even then, if you choose to do so (or need to), you can usually replace the factory radio with an aftermarket one for a few hundred dollars.

Not Garmin, but you can get a tablet in a range of sizes, operating systems, and that can run a gamut of GPS software. Some software requires a 3G signal, some does not. So many options for the consumer, and far superior to factory offerings.

For a few hundred bucks, you can buy a Garmin or a smartphone that does it just as well, if not better because updates are constant and free...in contrast to a $3K system that will likely need to be updated by the dealer, and the motorized screens will…
