Some people don’t have the luxury of “choosing not to acknowledge the symbolism” when the hate groups use the symbols to recruit and radicalize disaffected youths, primarily socially awkward white males looking to belong to something, and take their hate into the real world with marches and murders. It’s easy to avoid…
Yes, it is. Your ignorance on this issue is on you.
How much did it cost to set the hold/freeze? It bothers me they collect our info without our permission and then charge us to keep it safe.
Perhaps they registered an outside domain so that news of the breach wouldn’t leak before the site was launched? Don’t know. It seems terribly botched. And now there are reports of execs dumping stock before the announcement.
I think because they knew it would get slammed with traffic and they wanted to keep their regular site up. It’s all terribly sloppy, though, I agree.
They listed the exact url in their official statement on equifax.com, so it appears legit, but I understand being wary. I just didn’t want to risk a snail mail letter slowing me down on making sure I’m protected.
From their site:
Not sure how that’s a counterpoint when I explicitly said “If we’d all ignored The Apprentice, we wouldn’t be in this shitshow.” Since we live in the real world, not the fantasy utopia where people don’t vote for idiots, I’m forced to care which celebrities/musicians/companies I support with my attention and money…
I’ll stop caring about how actors and game show hosts live their lives when they stop using their fame to get elected President. If we’d all ignored The Apprentice, we wouldn’t be living with this complete shitshow. Now that the gates of idiocy have been opened, we have to contend with the possibility of Senator Kid…
If it helps, the nursing home residents in that photo have been evacuated, but I agree the whole situation is heartbreaking— that it got that bad for them before they could be rescued and the countless other people still in danger.
Yeah, why didn’t these nursing home residents just hop in their SUV?
Short.
Day 1 of Civil War: Kissell13 trips while trying to loot Cheetos, shoots himself in the dick, everyone laughs and laughs.
No problem, Moop!
“Yes.” “Dumbfuck.”
Like Trump, when you don’t know how “quotation marks” work you come off like “a fucking moron.”
We get it, bro. You’re on your knees sucking idiotic bureaucratic paperwork’s dong. You kept a guy who flew 13 hours to do a one week job from entering the country— what a victory! We’re so much safer! We’re really selling the idea of America as a tourist destination to the world!
Yes, all rules, regulations, and laws are just! Never question them, ever. Not one ounce of humanity must enter into our enforcement of them!
No problem! You’re spineless and pathetic! :)
