Might help to think of somebody who isn't already close to the ideal. I have PCOS. Body hair issues have ruled my life since puberty and are the reason why I probably will never have children since I missed the window of time because I am so incredibly ashamed of my body hair.

I have PCOS. If I tried to keep up with my body hair I would need to make it a full time job (and dealing with PCOS is already a full time and very expensive job) and waxing, shaving whatever only worsens the problem.
