I'm German and people here coloquially refer to everything as 'England' and in my experience most people don't know that there is actually a union between different parts.

It actually is usually "Tucson, Arizona"

ranging from the f'ing government closing vast wings of the psychiactric hospital and turning mentally ill people onto the streets

This is more of a joke since this is a story actually dealing with concrete socio-political and feminist issues but The Yellow Wallpaper always makes my skin crawl.

I've been wondering why that thread seemed to explode with comments, it seemed a lot. Might have been that. :(

yes, I didn't want to put it on that thread cause I didn't care for dealing with trolls. Since there is no private message option I just stalked you and put it here.

I have small boobs and have become accustomed to go bra-less a lot lately as long as I wear enough so you can't make out the nipples as I've found bras don't really give support where none is needed or respectivley there don't seem to be bras small/fitting enough to prevent sagging. All they seem to do is store.

I seemingly collect useless information...

It's already the second movie while the case is still going. The other one was a Lifetime movie starring Hayden Panettiere.

It's very interesting.

Change continents :)

People who don't confuse me.

I'm going to have to stare at that gif for a long time today.

Terribly absurd.

Let's support sex slavery! Women looove it! It's also not that bad, really. I mean, it only happens to a few women so who cares.

I apologize for the Daily Fail link/click. Had the most information. I didn't manage to read most of it.

King's descriptions don't really register as painting a region with most non-American readers as they concentrate on other attributes in his writing. It becomes 'everyplace America' to them.

I know that news stations are required to look up pronunciations in their database before going on air but otherwise...my favorites are when they mispronounce the name of someone who has been around for a long time in their presence.

I suspect it's the same as as with Beagles, it's a trap.

By now I feel kinda bad about this quip. It wasn't nice of me to make fun of a real person who will read this who also possibly struggles with mental illness.
