One of my favorite posts was the one wondering if they accidentally clicked on GOOP and not Jezebel.

I thought the text was hilarious. With every sentence I was just thinking 'Nope....I don't think so.'

You voiced this question on the internet which is accessible to people from everywhere. Jezebel is read by many non-Americans. And no, non-Americans most likely do not know about unique American tipping culture.

My pay as a server from my actual employer has been at most $2.13 an hour and at lowest I got paid nothing.

I once was on a trip with a couple of other Europeans I hated. I tried to give them a lesson about this but it was useless. Everytime we went to eat I was just trying to find a hole in the ground to disappear into. They basically spend the whole time finding the reason why they wouldn't tip anything.

You're ex is an asshole and I hope terrible things happen to him. I don't think it's any consolation he will never will be with a partner who is with him for anything other than money but at least no one will ever love him besides his parents.

You know, due to financial reasons I have to live with my brother and male cousin. They are over thirty and they drink like there is no tomorrow. It's beyond disgusting.
