A successful music career with sold out tours for years to come, music that keeps on selling, royalties that keep on coming, his movies, merchandize, brand endorsements....and a team of financial managers handling his money.

Yeah, Mork isn't really into the workings of the real world....let's hate on those women because they are the real monsters here. Oh, and don't forget to NOT think about why those orders are put into place and by whom. Too busy blaming the low wage workers.

Seriously?

I remember being in a fast food place just before it was closing. One of us asked if they could get a bit more of the fries/beans (don't remember) and the person working said she wasn't allowed to do that. She told us that upon closing the place it was her duty to haul all those masses of leftover food to the garbage.

Similar to what Mimi_Krimi says, it's NOT normal that charges are dropped because people are appalled. It's great that happened but it's an exception. In Germany, no one would bat an eye.

Because that place must throw away a lot of baguettes and orange juice. Sometimes you get some weird stuff.

Have you heard of foodsharing?

This shit is getting me confused every single time.

Why does everyone talk about a crisis? He is enjoying himself, toughening up his image and is more likely to sell more as a result. I don't get where people get the 'crisis' thing. He lives outside of people in real world for whom that behavior would have horrible results. I just read the story of a man yesterday who

All this 'oh poor poor Bieber' sympathy annoys me to no end. Nobody has that sympathy for mentally ill people living on the fucking streets we pass each day. But a random asshole rich and famous jerk? Pile it on!

It always annoys me when people go "Oh, hel'll be on insert reality tv show in X years cause he'll be broke." If you are so knowledgeable about 'celebrity culture' to make that comment you should also know what kind of money they make.

I looked up the commenters history and s/he shows up when people critique capitalism to tell them they are too stupid to understand it and seems very invested in that.

I commented and then went away for a couple of hours so I just did that now. It was the same comment to a couple of my posts. I wonder if the others got them too and dismissed them or if I was the only chosen one....

There's a comment by another commenter on this thread whose mother is a 'lunch lady' who talks about how much pressure her mother gets to put those orders into action. So 'fire them' needs to be applied to the right people and the more on top you go the more candidates could there be. I just connected the 'fire them'

I don't live in the US. This is not customary here, I tried to ask to take home leftovers a couple of times and didn't get a ...um positive reaction. I loved that when I lived in the US.

Lol there is some person here who is replying to my critique of capitalism with connecting it with my 'low intelligence' (I dismissed them).

I know of a case where a garbage man was fired for taking a children's bed from a dumpster. There was no recycling process involved, there was no process of exploiting the resources/ material involved. It was completely broken and would have been on that dumpster for the next 20 years. The company was just in charge

I agree. It is sickening that there is actually paperwork agreed on by these people that orders them to do this.

Hey, at least they learned how capitalism works!
