I don't mind waiting longer than usual for a review. I also tend to re-read older reviews so I would always appreciate the writers' critical review.

I can see people calling Clarkson a lot of things but “stuffy” doesn’t seem very in character for him. Did you go with that just because it’s often paired with “old”? If anything James May is the stuffy one of the group.

Those don’t seem to be any more gemlike than any other gray rectangles.

I thought it was hysterical.  But that’s mostly because there are farms in the family and everything Clarkson did was Wile E Coyote levels of silly.

Does Kinja seriously no longer allow embedding YouTube videos? Is there a single soul even developing Kinja anymore?

I completely see your point - my parents did the same thing. When the plot next to theirs came up for sale, they even bought it to guarantee a developer wouldn’t move in there. Most of the residences here are legit farms. This part of Oxford is mostly true farmland.

I went to grad school close to here and have driven by this exact plot of land. While I don’t necessarily agree with his team thumbing their nose at the rules, the council is being a bit ridiculous. There is NOTHING out here, and while it is pretty, from what I can tell, this little cafe/restaurant isn’t detracting…
