I'm sure Home Depot carries a wide array of Tesla parts in stock.

I think if this were implemented more life would be lost from waiting at red lights than it would save. Add up all the time from all drivers taking rights everywhere vs the lost lives of pedestrians.

Speaking of keeping the cars cooler I hate the trend of all interiors must be black. It's like a furnace in the summer. 

You would think that contrails during the day would lead to a net cooling effect, reflecting light and IR back into space due to their high albedo. Contrails at night? Yea that traps in heat. If only they had a switch to control them.

I could maybe understand the argument that SUV’s were bad in like 2007 but these days some can push close to 30 MPG. Yes sedans are also more efficient but the days of most SUV's getting low teens is gone. 

Thieves with 1/2 a brain can scrape the precious metals out and sell them on the internet. Thieves that have chemicals and can watch a YouTube video can use chemistry to extract the precious metals. 

Please pick a state and head up their Dot so at least one state can have such thoughtful sensibility.

How about a embedded EMP generator in each intersection, should stop most newer cars while only costing a large fortune.

Sure would, I make ~20% less than that amount and would get a Ford Lightning if I could. (with a monthly stipend from employer of course)
