Agreed 100%. I just can’t get over the intro to this story.

Regarding restaurants traveling back in time, I think the biggest question is whether or not you could get people to eat there in the 1950's. Tastes were just drastically different and all your customers were raised in that culture - nobody is going to eat your special sriracha burger in 1953; they’re looking at that

According to the linked articles, it’s based on the actual wireless radio signals being sent between the USB dongle and the mouse. One article says 100 meters, one article says 200 meters...and it appears that these tests were done in open areas, without the usual concrete, brick, wallboard, etc that degrades signals

For everyone else—myself included—I recommend investigating whether there are any other parking services near your airport.

This morning they ruled out a gas leak and they’ve also said they do not suspect foul play.

One other point: OKC was going basically nowhere with Westbrook and George. In the three years since Durant left, OKC has won four total playoff games total, has never finished in the Top 3 in their own conference, and hasn’t seriously sniffed the second round.

if it’s deep enough you can’t see the pavement

Exactly. People are forgetting or ignoring it, but there’s a pretty clear trend that incumbent Presidents almost always win re-election unless there’s either a massive scandal or a big economic collapse. Trump has proven that’s he’s completely immune to scandal...and right now, the economy is (perceived to be) humming

I’d guess it depends on what that “same dish is”.

Agreed.

Yeah, this shouldn’t be viewed as a permanent mode, but more of one-off style events to reward loyal subscribers.

But there’s no real reason why Michael Jordan’s jersey should ever have been under debate to be retired everywhere. He’s not a racial pioneer like Jackie Robinson, Larry Doby, or even some of the early NBAers like Bill Russell. He’s not someone who took a bold political stance even at a cost to his career like

The Miami Heat still hold the “wtf, seriously?” record for retiring Michael Jordan’s jersey...who you may recognize as both (a) someone who never played for the Heat and (b) having no direct connection to the Miami franchise.

The Command and Conquer: Red Alert 3 run is worth watching too. The run itself is fine...but the cutscenes and story are so gloriously and ridiculously absurd that it’s worth watching just for those.

After all, it’s much less humiliating for them if the reason Kevin Durant isn’t a Knick is because they didn’t really want him, rather than him not wanting them.

Agreed.

Yeah, that’s really the thing that people complaining are failing to understand.

The last run of the event is Chrono Trigger and although it’s glitch less the battles are heavily manipulated.

That was a very nice run to have on in the background - the good thing about Pokemon glitchless runs is that you don’t need to pay 100% attention, so they’re perfect to just have on your second monitor or TV or whatever.

The Final Fantasy 7 run from a couple years ago had like, an eight hour step count route where basically everything was memorized from start to finish.
