Our uniform shirts are extra long, especially in the back. A lifesaver after long periods sitting down.

Seatguru can help. It has the outlet locations for most aircraft at the major airlines.

You’re saying an entire continent has bad service in restaurants because wages are not based on tips? In my opinion, this doesn’t follow.

Mr. Musk’s motivations in creating Tesla is not really about becoming a car manufacturer. He created Tesla in order to move the vehicle industry away from fossil fuels. In that respect, this BMW represents exactly the kind of progress he created Tesla to engender.

Yes.

I’m looking to lose the 10-15 pounds I’ve put on in the last few years. Not too drastic. Any good resources for keto?

We are not THAT different. Cells in person A consume calories in the same way as cells in person B.

On school nights, my 12-year old goes to bed at 800 or thereabouts. Lights out is at 830. Wake up time is 0645.

TLDR: For Mr. Musk, building a profitable electric car company is not the goal. Improving the world is the goal.

“Sbagliato” is basically Italian for “whoops,”

This is true. In East Asia if you show up with US-standard service on an airline you would be out of business quickly. Even on low cost carriers like Air Asia or Cebu Pacific you might not get free drinks but you certainly get hard working cabin crew and smiles.

Yeah, but then there’s that whole thing where most of the major crashes are one of the Asian airlines...

Braking at the wrong place in turns is a big one for me. You see it all the time. A driver enters the corner too fast (but still easily within the handling envelope of the car), then brakes a third in, further destabilising the car. On the brakes all the way out of the corner, then accelerate hard.

In Sweden lights on all the time is the law.

Ewwwww.

The infamous “putty” colour. Gross...

This. After years of nagging, my kids have learned that we don’t leave food lying around and we wipe down surfaces that have crumbs and such.

Depends on climate and amount of sweat produced. Living in the tropics and being a sweater, I’m rather cautious. ;)
