If you trained for half a year months you might be able to do that mile. You'd need the correct training program targeted at this goal though, and a careful eye on your diet.

The Swede in me wants to point out that "ö" is not simply a variant of "o" (like "á" and "à" are variants of "a"), but a bona fide letter of its own. The pronunciation is completely different from "o".
