So, on the one hand, the fact that China convinced the US and the rest of the international community to play along with the fiction that Taiwan is part of China still is bullshit. If Trump had a thought out policy regarding Taiwan’s right to self-determination I’d be nervous but not necessarily against it. However, I

None of those things you mention are voter fraud. Voter suppression, yes. Voter fraud, no.

I wonder how many people who support the recount and really think it’ll make a difference either didn’t vote or voted 3rd party. Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure there are plenty of deluded voting Democrats taking part, but the feeling I’ve gotten is that the people who are really for it aren’t the most politically savvy

But in my mind Trump’s not President. You can’t beat that. /S

THIS! I’m a bouncer on the weekends(easy second job), that is what I am there for... I can not monitor all portions of our bar from the front door so sometimes I can not see or hear shit going down out back or if the bar is crowded. PLEASE come get the bouncer, I do not care about kicking one person out if they are

No worries. Here’s a tweet from Nate a couple days ago:

I’m really surprised at this email chain. Most XC runners’ entire sexual histories could easily be documented in a single tweet.

I just want to use this opportunity to point out, again, that Voter Fraud And Election Rigging Is Extremely Extremely Rare.

Heard it on Facebook? Then it’s probably the god’s honest truth. People don’t lie on the internet.

I started D&D on the first edition when I was twelve. I happen to be female. It was our habit to draw a representation of our characters and use them as screens so that other players couldn’t see your notes / character sheets. Myself and the other female player always drew our characters (not well) in the usual half

Yeah that’s cool.

That’s like saying “Sure, a seatbelt will work, until a psychotic driver rams into your car with a semi.”

That’s not getting smart, that’s getting psychotic.

Anyone who buys a gas station egg salad sandwich is crazy. Even if you didn’t buy it there, how could they be sure?

99.9% of fights (bars, sports, road rage, etc.) are escalated to violence for one reason...ego.

I think it’s a pretty shitty move to call someone a tattle-tale for calling security when a guy (or gal) is threatening you. You’re at risk of physical injury, don’t castigate someone for asking someone else to do their job.

After more than my fair share of nights out, I’m convinced that the only people who get in bar fights are people who actually want to fight.

You must be white and/or not in the south. Ive learned that appearance alone can be enough for some people. For those, de-escalation might be unavailable.

Another good way to avoid bar fights is to avoid the sketchy bars. One bar in my town was known for weekly gang fights, stabbings, robberies, alcohol poisoning, etc. I don’t know why anyone would want to go to a place like that.

Ask me about my surefire way to never die outside of the two mile radius centered at my house.

(hint: it’s related to my surefire methods to never be involved in a train derailment or a boat running aground or a bicycle accident or a head-on motor vehicle collision)

No, no, no. You can’t just leave a short, one paragraph comment like that and not provide any additional information. Give us the details, man!
