Have you tried out their kibble with the freeze dried raw meet in it? That stuff is expensive but some customers with bengals loved it. We had a bag of it randomly go on sale for $5 (when it's originally $24.) I bought it and gave it to a random customer for free.

the ingredients are pretty good. The two things that stood out to me were 1. They cater to the small breeds and 2. Their selection is limited.

The brand was created by Dick Van Patten (is that who you're thinking of?) because his dog got cancer due to poor hygiene from the food he fed him. He was angry and wanted to offer quality, healthy pet food to people at a decent price. Some zoos even use his formulas for the lions, tigers, and bears.

I think there was a recall on Nutro foods recently. I would look it up just to be sure.

Also Google "Truth About Pet Food". The lady on there pays out of her own pocket to expose dog food companies and find the best brands for you.

There's a brand we sold in the raw food category that tests for both. Nature's Variety Raw.

I wouldn't really trust natural balance anymore. Del Monte bought them. They had these awesome dog rolls that are now making dogs throw up, mine included. :(

She really is. I can't wait until my kid is old enough so she can watch it.
