I just commented on this very point. Africa is a continent, not a country; at a certain European countries have fought and enslaved their rivals, yet these fools never mention that fact....then again they probably don’t know.  

No, being bullied doesn’t turn you into a bully. What an awful and irresponsible thing to say. Victims of bullying have enough to process without laying that stigma on them.
