To the seller’s credit, this Chevette is very clean and uniformly shiny. So yes, Virginia, you can polish a turd. 

Company I used to work at was in the Vegetable Oil business. For Local deliveries of fresh oil and pickup of waste oil they had what looked like a box truck with multiple internal tanks built on a semi chassis for the weight, not this which has an a single open tank.
