I think money probably played a factor

Three women and one adorably chubby male Lawyer*

Because I think that quote is from late period Miller i think we can just ignore it and pretend he just went away after like 1990.

Well, it's a Frank Miller comic so I don't blame you for assuming there would be misogyny.

A Joss Whedon Runaways show is one of the best ideas I've heard in a while.

Beast is to chill to be the nerdiest. Plus he spent most of the seventies smoking a ton of weed. He's a cool cat(ape).

Reed Richards, most definitely.

I'm going to fucking miss this man.

Well I haven't read it since it came out so ot very well may not hold up. I just remember it clicking for me at the time. I'm a big fan of Cassaday though, so that might explain some of the affection I have for it.

You don't have to tell me. Kirby Space gods of all sizes and colors are among my favorite things in this world. I was so disappointed when we got the Ultimate version.

Their FF run with Fraction was so good.

Seriously. Why is it so hard for them to just give us a giant purple Kirby space God. That cloud was even dumber than Galactus's hat.

Oh god Exiles was a fun book. I didn't know I needed a team of Wolverines made up of six Wolverines from alternate universes until that book gave it to me.

Daredevil? Oh you mean Matt Murderock*

Have you ever read Transmet? That was the book that finally got me on board with Ellis. I too generally hate his Xmen stuff

Just started working my way through Preacher for the first time, just read the first volume and will probably pick up the second next week. It's definitely my favorite of any Garth Ennis book I've read. Loving it so far.

I mean, yeah it's bitter sarcasm but I genuinely think that was the reason. I think plot wise they were too far away for the shocking climactic moment at Castle Black and they didn't think the Dragon stuff fit totally with what previous 9th episodes had done.

Because the thematic point I assume they will make with this, that trusting blind faith instead of reason leads to failure, was being made without this. Stannis was proving that point by trusting that his chosen one status would grant him a successful march on Winterfell during the beginning of winter.

Because that wouldn't be shocking!! And the 9th episode has to be shocking!!!

I'm just so tired.
