This is a car site, right? There’s no mention of the car he’s claiming is damaged. What is it? Is it a stock vehicle that is high-centering? Is it a slammed 350z that bottoms out at every curb and railroad track? Or is it a Minivan that’s bottoming out as he’s flying over it? It would actually give us some background

The White House tried to invite Tesla, but the emails to their public relations team kept getting bounced back.

I would really like to see more automakers go back to encouraging made-to-order sales.

Maybe they used to work at BMW.

I think Tesla actually did that. Or it was something like some home depot wood corner trim and a ratchet strap.

I think that the shadiest thing tesla was trying to pull was trying to avoid giving the old battery back to the leasee. perfectly good tesla batteries are big money and they were trying to prevent him from receiving his original battery while still charging full price for the new one.

No core charge for the battery, and in Jersey you have a right to keep that part if it doesn’t have a core charge. He was going to do so before he came across Rich Rebuilds.

I’ve never understood the Foreign/Domestic lots at factories. I would understand a GM lot and an “Everything Else” lot.

Hmm... it would be easier for the cars to go in the direction they need to if they were able to follow a rail of some kind. And then since they’re on a rail, they can use harder tires that run on the rail directly for reduced rolling resistance. AND, if they’re on a rail, we could get rid of the problem of having

Another benefit to an old-school antenna on a truck is it gives you a sacrificial, non-painted low-clearance indicator.  In the case of a parking garage or drive through, if the antenna doesn’t hit anything you’re good to go.

Wait, what? This guy is fiercely dedicated to the cult of Tesla and Elon Musk, yet himself does not drive a Tesla?

Elon Musk is L. Ron Hubbard making cars, and his acolytes are blind lemmings.

I'm surprised nobody had mentioned the Hagerty YouTube channel. Absolutely killer production value, and some of my favorite presenters. Sam Smith, Matt Farah, Jason Cammisa, etc.

no - they invented the old SiriusXM unit that you used to have to mount before automakers started building the chipset into their OEM radios

They seem like the best of both worlds without the compromises that EVs have.

...and he writes comic books and she paints birdhouses. Their budget is $685 Million

It doesn’t look that distinct to me.

This is a brutal joke story... Because of the deep truths

Are you sure it just doesn’t need a software update?
