@The Lab: Well, unless they test each camera by taking a flash photo before it leaves the factory, it must then just be some manufacturing defect.

@The Lab: I'm not really an expert on the iPhone, but based on that picture, I'd hazard a guess and say the sensor has been damaged by being pointed at a bright light. I'll go even further and guess that the bright light we're looking for is coming from the camera's own flash, in the form of reflected light. That

@infmom: Not exactly, and that doesn't come anywhere near an explanation for his problem.

@SKiTz: Well, definitely don't go outside your comfort level, but you really are missing out. Even if all you do is overclock and keep the stock UI, it's absolutely worth it. If you ever feel like you're ready to jump in, just let me know and I'll walk you through it.

@jimstoic: Before Verizon requested Kellen take it down, this leak confirmed it:

@SKiTz: Why is that?

While the hardware is a nice improvement, this phone should be a Google Experience phone to be the real successor to the Droid. I love Motorola hardware, but Motoblur is absolute garbage, so I really hope they haven't abandoned the idea of making vanilla Android phones.

@taniquetil: What about the clock? I feel like I would notice that right away.

@Benguin: wecanjustcuddle.com

@tande04: Okay, I see how they did it. From the initial previews it was not apparent that they were using Android-ish panels to divide up the screen real estate, and it looked like the screen was just one big panel that the phone scrolled along horizontally. Sorry!

@tande04: Why? I haven't seen anything in the previews to suggest otherwise. On the contrary, it appears as if MS is trying to spin side-scrolling as some kind of feature.

@Beall49: I haven't ever used iTunes, but everyone I've spoken to who has, without exception, has said it is Apple's worst product.

@Strider-No.9: You'll get sick of it after a day or two of having to scroll back and forth just to read an entire paragraph.

Consumer protection is never a bad idea, and because of the Android Market's trial period, I actually find myself trying, and subsequently purchasing, more apps. Without it, I would be much more cautious about which apps I buy.

@Beall49: The obvious answer is everything that Apple filters out.

@Bucky Rodgers: I think there are enough artists to cover all the world's problems, but I understand what you are saying. On the other hand, addiction to gambling does ruin lives, and certainly when it gets to that point you can no longer call it a "harmless vice."

Hey, I heard there were some Bioshock comments in here that needed promoting.

@SublimeGreen: Actually I meant the dumb shit you said about the president.
