Height is a thing. I would be extremely unhealthy at 150 bc I am 5’ flat with a very narrow frame. You would be extremely unhealthy at what I weigh. Not there’s a “right” weight for every height, but the range of healthy definitely varies a lot with height, frame, amount of muscle you have, etc.
