Try racing the car stock (or without any sponsorship)and then giving 5 or 6 the results to a tire manufacturer. Give them some pictures of your ride and use their product in the picture. They might think you could make a name for yourself and give you a sponsor.(that is the requirements to get sponsored for monster)
