As someone who works in health policy/public health, I couldn't say it better myself. #cotd

Haha I don't remember that because I ALWAYS pictured her as a brunette, in part because we had videotaped a BBC production where she was a brunette.

This is impossibly difficult for me, but I think I'd have to say The Secret Garden, Emma, and Housekeeping by Marilyn Robinson. All three books fostered my love of literature, which I consider to be essential to who I am. The Secret Garden was one of the first books that I remember reading with my father, every night

I actually did BluePrint for 2 days, which was more than enough for me. I actually enjoyed all the juices, even the Green and Beet juices, but by the end of the day, I was tired of sweet flavors and my jaw ached because I was DYING to chew something. I didn't really feel that much different (I did wean myself off of

Oh, well I think it was too and she said some really beautiful things. I just posted that because when she got up there, she was going a million miles a minute and I was unsure where she was going at first.

What did your mom say? I don't think I've ever really seen her speak.

Or just nervous about making the announcement that she's gay?

Is Jodie Foster high?

It looks like Lena Dunham cannot walk in her heels...

She always looks great for awards shows.

Oh, I thought it was eggplant? Thats more color than she normally wears.

That's definitely a two syllable DAY-UM. She's wearing a color, which is unusual. But she looks awesome.

I haven't been this excited for an awards show in a VERY long time. Looking forward to chilling alone, eating some homemade curried kohlrabi soup, drinking some red wine, and laughing with my girls Amy and Tina.

Thank you so much for posting this. Yet another way I'm continually in awe of animals.

Thanks, I appreciate that a lot. It was silly to think that 2 days of drinking juice would change my appetite completely. I'll give this a go!

I actually did BluePrint! I enjoyed all the juices, actually, even the green ones (althought the PAM and the Cashew Milk were my faves). I will say that by the end of each day, it was harder to drink the juices, so that when it came time for the Cashew Milk, it was very welcome (since its a lot heartier). I just

Just finished an almost 2 day juice cleanse. Thought I'd feel different or better...I guess I do feel lighter but I thought I'd feel more inclination to eat healthier, and while dinner was very healthy, I just ended up eating some Oreos...so much for that.

I've found the meditation is easier if you're already a little relaxed. Try taking a hot bath and then meditating. You'll find it makes it easier to clear your head.

I'd like to say that I exercise, but that's a lie. So, usually what I end up doing is making a hot cup of tea, bake something delicious, and turn on some tv. I find that zoning out in front of the tv, and following a recipe (and then eating the product), and that hot cup of tea do wonders. I would also urge you,
