You don't even have to do that much. As long as the game doesn't require a data connection, all you need to do is delete the app from your phone, and reinstall it via iTunes. Once you delete an app, it clears out the app's sandbox and all saved data, so the next time the app runs, it will be completely a fresh

Just a nit-pick, but MW2 has no servers; on PC or 360. It's p2p, which is garbage.
