So wait? Automotive or just transportation technology in general? Because that does make a difference.
“If a good movie is successful, people will make bad movies." Is this a joke I'm missing?
If a bum came up to me asking for money, and he had a Square or something to take plastic, I would give it to him just for being ambitious!
Maybe this is just a temporary thing until their development on the laser wipers they patented matures some more.
Where I live the even the parking meters are app or credit card only. Nor can you pay cash at toll booths.
don’t let such facts distract you from the idiotic tesla hate headline.
Man people give you grief for being a Tesla stan, but I appreciate you lol, I think they should have started off with replacing short haul fleets first to lessen emissions in cities and towns at a 80% rate short vs long haul, then switch it up. This would give us time to lessen ground smog in those areas while…
Ditto - I am to the point where it annoys me if somebody gives me cash for something, means I have to make a trip to the bank. I would much rather have a check, I can deposit that from my phone.
That’s before oil changes too… sure they go 10~25k between changes, but at 10~15 Gallons of oil per change that adds up quick. That can be an easy $20,000 at 1,000,000 miles..
Since you are the superior authority on who gets to live where, where am I cleared to move to? I took a job in another state and just want to make sure that should I move I won’t be running afoul with the internet commenters. That would be terrible.
Unfortunately, if you don’t have enough situational awareness to realize that the cops are try to get you to pull over, you should NOT be driving. And, while tasing is both “bad” and, given the clarity of 20/20 hindsight, unnecessary, it still beats the alternatives of bullets or a PIT maneuver.
There’s regulated percentages that wipers have to cover as well:
Absolutely none of them are used in any sort of off road use case. They could be FWD and it wouldn’t matter.
Go to a Toyota dealer and try and find a RAV4 prime. They are 6 months out. Its not that people don’t want them, its that they aren’t building enough of them.
Never ceases to amaze me how a vehicle so poorly fit for use is in such high demand. Be it a Wrangler or a G-wagen, it’s a Jeep thing...I don’t understand.
Apparently, you have no sense of smell.
I think Hyundai might be starting one of the best car design eras of all time, mostly with their EV specific designs.
If it was bad enough to apparently be damaging vehicles, sounds like there should have been some temporary cover used when not actively being worked on? I’ve seen that done before.
Yep, it’s an interesting spot where it’s less about tesla losing market share and more to do with the EV market taking more of the total vehicle market as new players shift more from ICE production to EVs.
