I want to say something similar happened with Michael Brown too with the wrong police officer fingered before official statements were finally made.

That said if you are determined to share names, make sure they are guilty of the crime first. We don’t need some Anonymous users pointing out some person’s name and then later get contradicted by authorities on who is actually responsible.

I know that’s what he is demanding. It doesn’t mean Republicans will go for it. What Trump demands does not exactly match the party anymore.

Nothing directly, no. For the Democrats it’s yet another talking point why it is important to get out to the votes. For the Republicans it’s yet another embarassment. Most importantly it is another show that Trump’s hold over the party is waning. 

Lindsay Graham apparently tried to do a panicked deal with Trump in order to convince Republicans not to defect on this vote. The whole “Support the bill limiting future power” deal. Trump initially opposed then reversed beat right before the vote.

For the most part gun manufacturers have been immune to these sorts of lawsuits, so this sort of helps set a precedent that they may not be so...ugh, bullet proof. I didn’t mean to make a pun but there it is.

There’s no shame in it really, nor would it be weird to have a 3DS. My wife just broke out our 3DSXL that we got with Link Between Worlds. She felt like playing Pokemon X. Not something you can do on Switch. In fact I’m not sure if it will ever get the DS/3DS library.

Yeah it seems like it would be an easily disarmable threat. Of course it could be spun as a power play without proof and I doubt any threats would have that.

I certainly agree that experience counts. It’s never that simple of course. In a country where money equals power, old money tends to maintain traditions because it keeps them making money. Progress is stifled because of this.

That’s sort of the paradox of it all. Tired of old voters getting in the way of progress. Progress in turn guarantees old voters remain around longer.

I’m more surprised it took this long for this to be mentioned. I would’ve expected one formed back in November. 

Can she revoke her seat on the oversight committee? Because that may be something.
