I am totally that person lately. I always feel so lame doing it, but I need to watch myself constantly to keep my weight down.

It certainly isn't fun, but it's a reality for people who have to constantly watch themselves to control their weight. Sigh.

Really well said. As someone who has always been overweight, I have a lot of self-confidence and have never let it define me.
