There is a loud minority that love to claim that black people won’t turn in criminals because we refuse “to snitch” on other black people. I love that this flies in the face of that.

How is it untrue? If a married person cheats, it’s because they decided they wanted to cheat. A person outside of the marriage can’t make the decision for them or force anyone to step outside of their marriage.
