We found a significant delta in regional pricing when shopping for our EV6. I guess some folks decide they need more range and dump em. There are some killer deals to be had if you’re willing to road trip it home.

Even ignoring the politics, Model 3 is a coin flip imo. The M3 refresh is by all accounts a solid vehicle, but the company that makes it has problems. There’s the recent high profile recalls, the reputation for glacially slow repairs, the tendency to push out half baked features or delete other features, and their

Idk that anyone should be listening to Ramsey, but even that broken clock would have figured out a better solution than this. Maybe this guy is one of those rich people who’s also really bad with money

Honestly, price seems fine. I’m all for separating the ultra-wealthy from their money, one way or another. And they’ll happily pay it, since the enhanced exclusively is the whole point.

If it’s anything like our EV6, the features described in that sentence are available remotely in the app with Kia Connect. Though maybe not all of them are available in each of the paid tiers.

These things have well warranted cliffdiving depreciation: they’ve got an overly complex and delicate hybrid system, eye-wateringly expensive parts (seriously) and a reputation that even BMW won’t touch them if at all possible. If you wouldn't buy it for $150k, you shouldn't touch it at $50 either :/

Probably ~ $50k for something interesting, less if it’s just an appliance. We don’t road trip and do minimal commuting, so our cars last

The way they’re doing it in China is with a choice: you either buy the car with a brand new battery pack and get the charging experience we have now, or you buy the car at a discount but lease the pack and gaining access to the swap stations. Manufacturer deals with the pack network and has incentive to actually

He also confirmed that he’s filed a counter lawsuit in Texas against the “bad actors” as a means to hold them accountable for their shit, though Paul didn’t name names.

He’s only offering a refund for the NFT’s they sold in association with CryptoZoo. He’s specifically not offering a refund for the Zoo tokens. Per the tweet:

How did you feel about the shrines in BotW? That was a big gripe for me.

In my mind, one big part of Zelda as a genre is this dungeon-delving, toolkit building adventure. You clear a new dungeon, get a new tool and use that tool to solve puzzles, but you use that tool for the rest of the game and it alters how you

So many.

Maybe this is just getting older, but I bounce off of so many big franchises. They feel polished to the point of having every corner rounded off. They feel repetitive and long in a way that doesn’t respect my time. They feel risk-averse and accessible like they’ve been focus grouped by corporate into the same

Starcraft 2 has it right. You’ve got Ranked and Unranked, but they’re the same playlist and the same opponents matched based on skill. Unranked just hides your MMR from you so you don’t stress about the ladder grind.

Too soon to me is inextricably linked to cost and backward compatibility. If it’s a free/cheap upgrade for existing owners, go nuts. If you’re bringing it to a new platform with graphical enhancements, sure. If it’s for a new console that’s not backward compatible with the last generation, fine. But we’re already at a

I say burn em both, but I might be in the minority XD

Never. GOTY is a prestige category for AAA action adventure games, like Best Picture for serious dramas at the Oscars. Those indie games are just *less deserving* /s

Welp, another Game Awards and the Game of the Year category is basically just AAA action/adventure games. Again. Just like every other year.

They’ve got the Academy Awards problem where best picture is just prestige dramas. How is this not just a joke?

Another change to slowly squeeze players: you no longer get enough V-Bucks from the Battle-Pass to completely pay for the next one. Battle-Pass cost is still 950 V-bucks, but this OG Pass only rewards 800. The Bonus rewards are still hidden, but those haven’t previously contained V-Buck rewards.

Tsujimoto is kinda missing the forest for the trees. Yes, development costs for certain games have skyrocketed, but so have sales. Many more games are selling tens of millions of copies today than back then.
