The love/hate for these things really seems to come down to whether you’ve experienced them with the unreasonably fun manual or the endlessly disappointing slushbox.
So the only two single people left in the bar at last call have decided to hook up. Truly a love story for the ages.
This makes no sense at all. Whoever heard of anyone getting slapped for going beyond expectations? If GM or Kia want to meet the Federal mandate, all they have to do is meet the California one. Other markets have stricter standards, so it’s not like they don’t already have the ability to do it. This is insane.
His editor made him do it.

Counterpoint: Live next to some douche that rides a Harley, or drives a Civic with a fart can, or has some unnecessarily douchey noise machine that serves no purpose other than to be a mega-douche. I’m all for fun and stuff, but don’t externalize your petty needs onto everyone else.

Model S with 4 motors and 17 seats coming next week. Will beat Taycan.
A) it’s an expensive fix. $1800 for just the chip, and it’s soldered to the board.
I mean, this is obviously a large oversight but “worst case scenario... coming to fruition” seems a little hyperbolic. Lots of mechanical errors “brick” conventional cars and render them unusable - we’re talking about a faulty storage device here.
Thats cute.
