The problem is that there isn’t a feeder road for cars to get to and from their parking lot and that blocks traffic. If the roads are designed for a drive thru, it works, but most aren’t.

That’s interesting but my experience is that I see these daily but never plowing, rarely towing, and usually with the bed empty. I think the alleged “need” for capability obtains in only a small subset of the buyers.
