I thought about it. I’m going to go against the flow on this. Here’s why:

To be fair, most of the world uses 40+ year old planes. Shit one of ours is nearly 65.

Agreed; don’t even get me started on the whole “brake” hoax being perpetuated by BIG CERAMIC!

These tasty little guys face the same prejudice in America:

You can partially thank the Russian-funded EN AR AA.

Some regulation/enforcement (yeah right) on aftermarket stuff would be very helpful as well. The amount of people driving around with extra bright LED headlights or light bars or BOTH ON at the SAME TIME is getting out of hand.. at least where I am in NC

IIHS is truly baffling with some of these “rules”. They act as if Europe and Canada haven’t performed their own safety tests and these technologies can’t possibly be safe for AMERICA.

Whatever dude. You are just trying to lower Tesla’s stock price.

You may actually have a point about the range numbers once this thing is loaded... but I suspect that it wont be much different than the difference youd get with a gas vehicle.

More than anything else, truck buyers want to impress their buddies at the boat club.

Most importantly, pickup buyers want big-ass grilles. Where’s the humongous fucking grille, Rivian? Are you even trying to compete??

This probably happens to Michael Bolton a lot.

Lighten up, Francois.

Not true as they are removing and adding seats all the time. Passenger seats are designed to be highly flexible in modern aircraft and can be changed on a whim.

It’s against the rules to recline the seat before you get into the air. Recliner was in the wrong.

Definitely watched two dudes get into a fistfight in a plane on the tarmac after a flight from Toronto to Orlando.

I know this will be met with some incredulity but I literally can’t not recline and be any kind of comfortable, especially on delta. Im not talking about “ah, thats nice” I’m talking about my low back starting to spasm after about 2 hours. I recently took a 3 hour flight on a delta 737 (certainly part of the problem)

Yup, I’ve seen enough laptops bonked as well.

Yep. If the seat reclines I don’t mind if the person in front of me uses it. But I wish people would check behind themselves first. I’ve been hit on the head pretty bad more than once when the person in front of me slammed their seat back at full speed while I was reaching into my backpack on the floor to get

I’m 6'2 and don’t understand the problem.... Just freaking recline. The problem doesn’t come from people who recline, it comes from the people who don’t. If everyone recline their seat, everyone has just as much space to stretch their legs and everyone feel more comfortable. When it’s time to eat, hop! Everybody up!
