Agreed. They are protecting the portfolios of their clients. All 5 of them.

At that price, I’m taking a trip over to my local credit union to get pre-approved right away! NP!!!

Now if someone could please explain what the rest of the car was for?

I think your problem is that the comparable cars you’ve owned/listed are also not particularly reliable, so it’s a reasonably low bar. A much higher, (and probably unrealistic bar) is that my 4Runner has never had an unplanned mechanic visit. At 140k miles I had to replace the starter contacts. Other than that, just

Ford is preemptively suing any future owners who purchase this car, and eventually re-sell it. The car’s paperwork includes a lawsuit where you can pre-settle the sale of your GT Race Version for $275,000.

I agree! The E60 is just as hideous now as it was when it came out. Truly ageless repulsion; an impressive achievement.

Side profile looks better than the front 3/4th view me thinks

The real problem here is the inconsistency in how penalties are levied. Drivers make bad decisions all the time that take other drivers out of the race and it gets called a racing incident.

Fact: Anything you say on the internet that you preface with “Fact:” becomes true no matter what you say.

Fact: If ever you find yourself having to justify a decision the next day, you made the wrong decision. This applies to all facets of life.

counter point. you are nuts. Mellon Collie is a triumph.

Especially if you were involved in a fatal collision a few years prior.

When BMW and Merc went AWD on the M5 and E63, everyone knew part of it was because rich old guys were intimidated or spinning into things.  Their PR department was just better at not saying the word.  Cadillac’s PR was bad, this decision was the right one.

It’s such a shame Cadillac allowed the CT5 design to be influenced by some of the current trends in the industry. Especially that C pillar treatment feels very out of place on a Cadillac. I know I keep going back to this, but in my mind if you want to set “the standard”, you don’t copy the trends, you set them.

Yeah because that detail alone is almost enough for me never to consider a CT5. It bothers my OCD ass that much.

Can we talk about how half assed and stupid this piece of black plastic looks? How GM of them...

This is it folks. Cadillac finally cracked the code. Give the V model as much power as a Camry and change the letters to numbers. Cadillac’s back, baby!
