I don’t get it, what’s wrong with the legal system. A girl accused a boy of rape, he was charged and brought to trial, and a jury of their peers judged that he didn’t rape her. He didn’t forcibly rape her though. They hooked up consensually and he left before any penetrative sex. Misdemeanour effectively means he’s being charged with hooking up with an underage girl, but all they did was make out and it was consensual.
