A real 1964 Shelby Cobra 289 FIA. You know you're jealous, but I only really got it up to 120, so I won't be an asshole about it.

It's in amazing condition, but you can't make up for ugly.

I think we can all agree that the main problems all basically come down to how the entire show, even the segments, are all horribly scripted. Get rid of the script, please, except for maybe little bits when they're in front of the audience if absolutely necessary.

@Dusty Duster: It was simply a shameless PR plug by Ford. I must be one of the only ones, but other than that plug I actually like the show so far.

@Eggwich McSpencer: I tend to go back and see if they're still around. Occasionally one is still for sale if I look hard enough.

@IN THE FACE!: I officially have no words for the mental picture that just popped into my head.

@Eggwich McSpencer: Don't worry, there aren't really any large numbers of Datsun purists. It's all about the modifications.

I love the car, but those have to be the ugliest wheels (hubcaps?) I have ever seen on a 6-Series. I bet somebody is about to respond to this with a photo that beats it, though.

Any wagon built by Pete Brock with a race-spec Cobra 289 in it is awesome in my book. The inherent beauty just comes as a side dish.

@Darth Meow 504: The question was best-looking, but I know exactly what you're talking about.

@crd22: Yes, I agree that the Equus itself is something I'd never buy, but I still like the ornament. I was also thinking about adding a warning to people before they open the image, as it may cause minor computer crashes.

The only one on my top twenty that hasn't been mentioned twelve times is the Equus

@Curtis Dietrick: I know a guy with two Horch touring cars that have sitting around his dirt-floor garage for fifty years. He also recently pulled a '67 Shelby GT500 out of it.

@MustangChris429: Cool. It's always nice to see a real one flogged, and I don't think there's any true Jalop that would disagree.

Is that a real vintage Lola or one of the continuation cars? You can go to any major racing event (Kohler International Challenge, Monterey Historics, etc) and see twice the number of these that were ever made.

If your idea of fun includes breaking down at least once every couple of miles and figuring out wiring diagrams the size of your town, then I would choose this.

@superveloce: That's odd. When I type "Matra Rancho" into Google Images, it suggests that I search for "delorean dmc-12" instead. Can anybody make a solid connection?

I never thought my mind would be blown by the company that makes this. Same goes for the Ford Aerostar and Ford GT40.

If you look past the ugly, the chassis, the unknown workmanship, and almost everything but the V8, it would be a pretty fast fun car...until you try to corner. I don't believe the seller's claim for a moment.
