It needs to be a requirement that if you post that a design is ugly that you also state what you think looks good of the same body style. If you think all small crossovers look like crap then your opinion that a new model looks like crap is meaningless.

No, cars are reliable nowadays at least through 150K miles especially if they're put on in a shorter timeframe like your wife does.   Actually at your wife's rate, 200K miles should be no issue. 

Define size.

In 2015, bought a 2013 with premium options that had 31K miles, CPO extended warranty, for $30K all in (taxes, etc.) It now has 100K miles and I do concur it makes an outstanding road trip car. We were looking for a Flex but that money only got SEL trim and less warranty.

Being well calibrated is one aspect, another is what these systems do when they pick-up. I have a 2007 vehicle where the stability control has gone buzurk about 10 times during it's  lifetime.   Very scary when it occurs.   Restart the vehicle and it's gone.  No codes, nothing to go on in  order to fix 

Yah but a vehicle slamming on it’s brakes will be very startling, an automatic reflex to override by pressing the accelerator isn't likely 

Gasses and liquids are both fluids.

The Model S has acceptable styling.  All other Teslas are ugly...well there is also the roadster which looks OK but I've never seen one on the road 

You have a picture of your car in your car?   That's weird......well I guess you can't see the outside from the inside, but it's still weird.

Tthey’re a lot more lenient about this in other countries. I took a domestic flight in India and they barely closed the doors behind the line to board and the plane started to taxi.
