Sounds fine if you don’t have kids. Most married couples do. It’s a whole lot easier if you have a partner who is physically there to change the diapers/kiss the boo boos/figure out the homework/drive to the soccer games.

It depends on how much of the tooth yourself dentist took away. I had very small teeth, and my dentist was able to make the veneers look natural without taking any of my natural tooth. If your veneers didn’t hurt when you had them done, the dentist probably didn’t remove very much at all.

Having been in a similar situation (several devastating pregnancy losses here), I think that is exactly what I would have wanted to hear. I needed reassurance that I would have the baby I desperately wanted, one way or another. Just my 2 cents!

I delivered a stillborn daughter almost 6 years ago, and like you it was a total shock— everything was fine until her heart stopped beating at 38 weeks. We never found out why, the autopsy was inconclusive, but they think probably a cord accident.
