Im willing to believe she’s a little more cheery around Luke because he reminds her of the good in Anakin and there’s some amount of relief knowing that, in the end, Anakin turned back to the light.
Being happy for a small period of time doesn’t negate years of trauma responses or really change that entirely.

This is why I sometimes think a sequel might not be a disaster. The Dark World is an objectively dull movie — even the title is boring — but Endgame and Loki managed to get a lot of mileage out of it in terms of character development, as opposed to pretending it never happened (which is the Abrams way).
