I didn’t realize theft of these was so common. A friend of mine had a really nice GS-R that got stolen right out of a busy parking lot and was found a few days later gutted on the side of the highway

It’s nice and all, but I think almost 1.2 million is too much for a ‘Cuda:

I was right in front of the stage for driver introductions at this race. Nearly everyone got a pretty nice level of applause. The only exceptions were Earnhardt who got a massive roar of applause, and Kyle Bush who got booed so hard. It was great to see. Even better because I saw Channing Tatum.

Perhaps plastic 3d printed block with metal cylinder sleeves and piston sleeves/shells. But then heat will probably still melt the plastic, not to mention rigidity issues. Maybe a compressed air powered engine? That would up the weird factor and does some proof of concept assuming one could figure out the lubrication

I’d like to see someone wagon-ize a ghost

I guess maybe they are saying the car is so modded up that none of the factory stuff even works anymore. I suppose that may be a badge of honor to someone

I somehow got infield access for the Monster Cup in Charlotte tonight. I want to ask the community: What should I do to make that experience as good as possible? I’ve never been to a NASCAR race before. I’m planning to get as much of a view of the garage work as I can, but I don’t know what else to be looking out for.

My personal favorite:

My brother’s Jeep Patriot has the removable dome light/flashlight thing. I’m assuming they all do. Kind of a cool thing.

I really appreciate you offering actually relevant advice. I don’t know what half these people are thinking with their recommendations.

What about like a last-gen tahoe with a burly grille guard? There is some benefit to all that mass.

I saw this USSV Rhino just north of Charlotte, I guess its not super obscure but it’s the only one I’ve seen.

Ooh hey that’s my school

hah, thats like less than a mile from me

How comfortable is it? The seat looks cool, but not necessarily form-fitting. Then again I’m judging from two pictures, so I’d like to hear a first hand account.

I’m a 20 year old engineering student. I guess that puts me on the low end of the millennial age range. Seems like the range changes depending where I look. Anyway, I absolutely hate that shit. I hate being put in a bucket in any case, but I especially hate that it is a bucket which does not accurately describe me or

Somewhat relevant pics I got of an Aventador from goldrush rally:

An RS of the S8 would be pretty cool in my opinion. A massively powerful land yacht like some other manufacturers have. Then again I couldn’t even afford an S3 so why would my opinion matter. Maybe a used one in like 8 years.

A B-52 would be the most awesome thing ever. Not a practical choice/remote possibility at all but that would be so cool.

After installing new pads and rotors I’ve become even more paranoid of holding the brakes while they’re hot and causing uneven material transfer onto the rotors. So sometimes I put it in neutral, but generally not park.
