Two of these engines power the F/A-18 Super Hornet. In fighter configuration they accelerate the aircraft at about 0.9g.

It'd accelerate the ship by approximately 0.0001g, ignoring wind and water resistance.

It puts out the equivalent of a 20W incandescent. Unless you have lots of them, that's going to be a pretty dim bathroom. LEDs are also fairly directional, as opposed to incandescents and CFLs that put out light in all directions, and that'll (negatively) affect the quality of light as well.
