Agreed..I’ve worked on TV/Movie/Commercial sets for a decade now and the amount of eyes on each scene is amazing. Props should have been all over it...Not a simple mistake. 

That and the many people who attempt to walk up or down but then stop, due to extreme exhaustion, creating a large log jam of people getting off.
