This raises an interesting point: If NYC wants to ban foie gras because it’s produced inhumanely, what about industrial egg production? Or veal production?
I just made some mostly of fenugreek, smaller parts sweet and holy basil and cilantro, with ginger, green chilies, and almonds. At that point it was really a methi chutney but went very well with linguine, fresh peas, and broccolini.
