They made a game, FOCUSED on story, and did not complete that story. Whether the intention was to sell a sequel or tack on DLC down the line, they were requiring you to pay for an incomplete product at launch, with the intention of selling you your resolution later.

The frustration with the DLC was that the base game ended on a cliff-hanger (if one got the "true ending" from which the DLC kicks off). When your game is all story, and you make it so that people who want to experience the conclusion of that story have to spend more money after they've already paid for your

This face-painting was one last night by a friend of mine. It seems somehow appropriate for this topic.

Actually, of all the RPGs that could be reimagined as a social game, I think The World Ends With You might be the best fit. Between the pins and the necessity of working in pairs, it's a natural multiplayer experience, no?

"Thank you for calling GameStop where you can trade in your used Xbox 360 or PS3 games and preorder PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale my name is Chad how may I help you sir or ma'am."

If you want to get games for it, hitting up anime/gaming conventions is a great way to do it. By hitting the dealer's room on the last day, I was able to shave five bucks off the cost of Die Hard Arcade, just for asking. It's good to remember that they had to haul that stuff out with them from their store, which can

So, I lucked out a few years back. I picked up a Sega Saturn for $30 off of eBay and it came with ten games. Fighters Megamix was one. Also: Virtua Fighter 2 and Panzer Dragoon.

I'm actually digging the animation, though I'd like to see a more stylized take on the graphics in general.

Does it? They stopped using the Gawker blog layout recently. Are they still a subsidiary?

Keep on trucking, dude. After you've seen the series, you'll be able to appreciate DBZ Abridged (which you can watch with the wife). Both of you will get a kick out of it; her due to nostalgia, and you because it lampshades pretty much everything that I bet is annoying you about the series.

I feel the need to point out: The Mass Effect 3 ending may not be wholly explicit, but it's no 2001: A Space Odyssey.

"EA would have to be supervillain-level evil"

Shinobido 2, on the Vita.

I'm curious whether you're playing the PS3 or 360 version because, in my experience, there is tremendous slowdown on Hard and Master Ninja difficulties, at which point the game begins dropping inputs. I have the 360 version (installed to the hard drive, too), so I'm thinking it's very possible it's a hardware thing.

Not that I disagree with your review in any real capacity, but there are a lot of built in assists on the lowest difficulty that were contributing to your ability to just mash the attack buttons without moving around. Positioning and mobility become more important on Normal and Hard, but the game is still a tremendous

Although ME3 does come with the option of picking up Arkham City for $10, instead of the $25 it's at standalone.

"but the studio's titles have size on their size."

I second Chrono Trigger. It doesn't inundate the player with options in combat, but has enough depth and variety that a player can be strategic about how he/she approaches enemies.

Thank you for not reading the rest of the discussion, in which this was already covered, dissected, and disavowed. You are a credit to your species.

I think you'll find it interesting that this is the rule certain religious groups (such as the chassidim) take to heart to defend their existing interpretations of the religious laws that govern their lives. It's been discussed so much by so many people who were there first, there longer, and knew better that an
