@ravrahn: precisely with the iphone 4 as well. Not all and not everywhere do you experience this problem. I think the jealousy that apple got to itself is killing it. They shouldnt be bothered ... its still the best smartphone i've owned !

I am not sure if some one tried calling a person by holding it in the wrong position. I did try and i did see my call drop .. neither did they complain of poor voice quality ... I am still thinking that isnt affecting anything !!

I am not sure if ATT will have the rights over the device once sold. You cannot do anything to the device and say even if i dont pay my bills - my Dues get accumulated. i Dont think the confiscate your phone ... Do they?

Actually - Greg need not have confirmed $399 - #1, where he is eligible for early offer must speak for itself and all those who flatly denied must be asked to reason out that logic. Thats more or less a System bug for some weird reason.
