That’s Breezewood
For awhile (90s?) Deep Ellum was better than Austin’s 6th St. IMHO.
Went to the Texas State Fair in 2017, literally a polyp in the shithole that is Dallas. Deep Ellum was a breath of fresh air.
I mean, Caitlin’s only in this for Caitlin and her money so it’s not a huge surprise that she’d be pissed about something that impacts her directly - being included in the commercial - but absolutely not about anything else that impacts the trans community. She’s a piece of shit. What else is new.
The whole “there are only two genders” thing always gets me. It really doesn’t contradict anything I said in the first couple paragraphs to justify the cis/trans terminology, only my little caveat at the end.
I’ve never met a single ally (a real ally, that is) who has been offended by being called cisgender, which... *checks notes* ...means you identify as the gender you were born as. Oh, so offensive! Judging by his own Twitter, this Esses figure is a troll at best, transphobic at worst. So of course he’s going to make a…
Your points about vetting the charity and the company claiming they donated is fair, but the actual fraud accusation kinda falls flat. Yes, companies do flout the law all the time, in a very open “what you gonna do about it” way; I trust them about as far as I can kick them…but there’s such a naked paper trail with…
False. Please stop spreading online misinformation. “Assuming the business is following the law, it will not include your donation as part of its business receipts, or income, nor will it claim the charitable gift as an expense.”
Having “less of an advantage” is not a disadvantage

This is Tyler Perry being Tyler Perry, and he’s full of it! This is the language & logic of the black buffer class. They’ve found acceptance and the embrace of the white establishment and now they’re about to pull up the bridge. They’ve forgotten how they got where they are and the grassroots who made it possible in…
heh. Shakedown. A little on the nose, dontcha think there Dodge?
I’m not responding to the comments I’m referring to but wtf. how are the first two comments on a story about a mass shooting:
1. a shitty joke about gender identity by some mouth breathing troglodyte
2. a sarcastic comment about public transport, as if this could be blamed on subways instead of a gun proliferation no…
I’m hoping to get Victoria to come hang/drive with us! TBD. But she’s a fabulous writer. That series is great, and she also wrote this on our site that was, IMO, exceptional:
Can’t wait to see you there - hope you can make it to both events :-)
Bravo for the Douglas Adams ref.
Unfortunately, the internet is a shithole.
This. I’ve been in CO for 8 years now, and there is no debate. Hatch is the king.
