OT: WHile we are discussing gifts, I'd like to comment on something I heard on The View a couple of days ago.

If you follow the way that people learn and retain information, you may find the following analogy humorous....

@squishyalt: Or, if they don't need to use the local desktop, you could force a login to the remote terminals when the OS starts and block everything else on the local PC.

@zmnatz: I usually explain 32 bit as a 2 lane road and 64 bit as a 4 lane road.

@Michael C Taylor: I always explain different computers like cars. You have Ford and GM. Each of them have different models. And each model can come with a different engine if you order them that way.
