I don’t get the appeal of being such a morally objectionable person such as yourself. Now the question is, are you the 13 year old in the basement troll or the 45 year old in the trailer troll?

you’re a loser.
it wouldn’t even matter if someone *did* regret having an abortion, it’d still be her fucking right to be able to get one.
you know what, fuck off. I usually NEVER talk like that to strangers, but I’m sad and upset because this country is turning into a place I don’t wanna be anymore, and it’s because of people like you. so fuck right off.
haha, yeah. I said in another comment somewhere that he irritates me sometimes because he’s super progressive, but then will drop these seemingly random patriarchal comments into conversation. I usually just call him “the patriarchy” and he laughs it off, but I think he knows I am serious.
I am so, so glad I’m not alone in the depths of my despair this evening. I cried the whole way home from work while listening to NPR. 99% of the time I am miss optimistic, tonight, I just can’t do it.
I second roguetrader’s response and add this: Jon Stewart’s not running for President, so moot point.
it’s beautiful. make donald drumpf again.
BOOTSTRAPS
OH HEY ME TOO NEIGHBOR
I mean... Leslie *is* kind of annoying. In real life a person like that would drive me crazy. But she’s 100% who she is, and like kiisseli said, has these great and nuanced relationships with other people and a fully-fledged personality. to me the show is a rare example of portraying real characters, where everyone…
yes. haha I dunno, I only started watching it last year.
it’s not really about finding a show that’s “female-centric” to me, and probably to a good many other feminists. it’s about finding a show where all characters are fleshed out and have personalities besides their love interest or one token defining characteristic. that is a lot harder to find than one might think.
I know. All the characters are fleshed out and have interesting arcs and the writing is so witty and on point and just—-relevant. Frustrating that it’s so rare, Parks and Rec is one of those shows where you’re just like wow—-this is how things should/can we done.
woke AND bae? you’re doing alright for yourself, son
I got into a mini-tiff with a co-worker/friend of mine about Parks and Rec recently. It came up in casual conversation and I said it was one of the best shows made and he was like “well I dunno about that!” I thought about it a while and after a few days told him I think it just means more to me because I’m a woman.…
they certainly made it big, and the 2009 album was very catchy. just wish they had kept it up. I will give the second one more of a listen.
have not heard the Boxer cover, gonna check it out!
“oh tell me now where was my fault/in loving you with my whole heart”—that song (white blank page) is like exactly how breaking up with my 2010 boyfriend was. it was like it was written for me.
that’s because it is “Howald”, I got it wrong
